Our story began with a simple love for candles - the kind that match your mood, the weather outside, or the season passing by. Long before Mara existed, our founder always noticed how the right candle could turn an ordinary evening into something worth slowing down for.

That's what we set out to build: a place where you can find candles that are genuinely beautiful, made from natural soy wax, and designed to bring real coziness into your home - not just decoration, but atmosphere.

We also believe in giving things a second life. Instead of only using new containers, we regularly search thrift stores, flea markets, and secondhand shops for vessels with character - cups, jars, glasses with a story of their own. We clean each one by hand and give it new purpose as a one-of-one candle. No two are exactly alike, which means when you choose one, you're choosing something truly unique - for yourself, or for someone you love.

It's our small stand against overconsumption, and one of the things we're proudest of.
